Twas the day after Christmas and all through the house
the kids were all stirring from all the sugar they ate.
The boxes were strewn through the house without care
and the wrapping paper crinkling sounds through the air.
The toys were all thrown on the floor through the house
and kids are never as quiet as a mouse.

We had a good Christmas here at the house.
Now it's going to take a few days to recover.
