Hey, everybody. It's today out there. We left San Diego this morning and we are northward bound. Two more days and a wake-up and we'll be home. Wooooo Hoooooo!!!!!!!
I am SOOOOOO looking forward to being home it isn't funny. Nannette ordered me a new jacket from Lands End. It's a reversable fleece fall jacket that should keep me toasty warm this fall.
I hear that some of the mountain passes in Washington got SNOW the other day. I would love to see some this year. We didn't get any snow in Bremerton last winter. Even if they did, I wouldn't have seen it because of Operation Enduring Uncertainty aboard USS Carl Vinson.
Hoping to be home for a majority of the winter this year. I'd like to try cross country skiing on any of the many places in the Pacific Northwest.
Well, it's late. Need to get up early tomorrow morning so I'll say good night for now.
