Good morning. After a very rude awakening from our 3 lovely kids fighting in the way too early in the morning... and after a cup of coffee, it's time to start the day.
Update to the bookshelf project.




The pattern came from Woodworkers Journal. I built the bottom section of this bookshelf (minus the drawers). Those will come another weekend, I think. I borrowed a sliding chop saw from my neighbor and it made cutting the corner angles a breeze. The case glued up beautifully and it's awaiting a good sanding. The finish (whatever we finally decide on when the time comes) will wait until the entire project is built. I need to work on my box joint skills before I attempt to tackle the drawers.
