Good Sunday morning to everyone out there. It has now been roughly 20 days since I was forcefully flung off the bow of the USS Carl Vinson experiencing around 2 to 3 G's as we were accelerated from zero to 130 kts in about 2.5 seconds. Let me tell you... that was the longest 2.5 seconds of my life. Bad thing is that the passenger seats face backward in a C-2 (as well as most military planes) and there is nothing holding you back but a 4 point safety harness. Definately an "E" ticket, tho, if you ask me.

On a musical note (no pun intended there, folks) I got a new guitar strap from Musicians Friend. It's a replacement for my leather strap that somehow became severely infected with black mold while I was in the hot, humid environment of the Persian Gulf for the past 6 months. Never had that happen before.
Here's a pic of the new one.

Time to have a cup of coffee and a little breakfast. Have a great day out there.
